Hecht Realty, Inc. is the original Lake Norman Specialist real estate firm!  We opened on December 13, 1971 with our office in a 3 bedroom mobile home, located at the front of a mobile home park on Highway 73 in eastern Lincoln County.

In 1974, we had the current building built on Highway 16 and moved the company there.  We have been in that building since 1974, and a good location right on Highway 16.

 The company Mission Statement states that Hecht Realty, Inc. will provide Top Quality Service to anyone and everyone we come in contact with.  Our reputation is:  Honesty, Ethics, Professionalism and Hard Work!  For anyone who chooses to talk with Hecht Realty, we will give the best service possible, to help them achieve their objectives.  We work to help sellers and buyers, also landlords and tenants.

Hecht Realty works with residential sellers and buyers, lot owners and buyers and acreage sales.  Hecht Property Management has been in business for over 30 years and manages around the whole lake area.  Hecht Commercial was established in 1989 and we have a specialized part of our company to do the job working with commercial owners and buyers.

We do work in the community more than any other firm in the Lake Norman area!  We give a huge amount of effort and money to support kids!  We love kids!
